Each conversion type has a fixed credit cost based on computational complexity.

What can you do with 50 credits (Guest daily limit)?

REST API

All plans include REST API access. Use your API key to integrate FileConvertLab into your applications and workflows. API requests consume credits the same way as web conversions.

FAQ

When do credits reset?

Per-minute credits reset every 60 seconds. Daily credits reset 24 hours after your first request of the day.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You'll receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) error with headers indicating when your credits will reset. You can wait for the reset or upgrade to a higher plan.

Can I buy more credits without upgrading?

Currently, we only offer subscription plans. If you need higher limits, consider upgrading to Premium or Premium Plus, or contact us for enterprise solutions.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, credits reset on a fixed schedule and do not accumulate. This ensures fair resource distribution for all users.

What is the page limit?

Each plan has a maximum number of pages per document for PDF, PPTX, and XLSX files. Guest users can process up to 20 pages, Free users up to 100, Premium up to 500, and Premium Plus up to 10,000 pages per document.
